N2 Generator and Other Supporting Equipment

1. N2 Generator

The N2 Generator will produce Nitrogen with purity 99,999%.

Some Key features of the system are the following:

• The following impurities should be detectable at the produced N2 at levels equal or preferably less than the following:
  • O2 ≤ 10ppm
  • H2O ≤ 4 ppm
  • CO2 ≤ 100 ppm
  • CO ≤ 1 ppm
  • NOx ≤ 10 ppm
  • Oil content ≤ 1 ppm
• N2 Production Capacity: At least 8m3/h at 20oC and no less than 6m3/h at 40oC

2. Water Chiller

The Water Chiller will be used to cool the new production equipment through a water closed circuit. Some key features of the tool are th following:

• Nominal cooling power at least 13kW.
• Minimum cooling water supply should be 60 liters / minute.
• Minimum cooling water pressure should be 5 bar.
